Building Codes and Amendments

Current Codes include:

2015 International Building, Residential (including Swimming Pool & Spa Code), Mechanical, Fuel Gas, and Property Maintenance Codes as well as the 2014 NEC (additional amendment Electrical Code Amendment 20210119B) and current State of Illinois Plumbing Code. Each with Amendments.

The Village of Sugar Grove is also enforcing the State Mandated 2018 International Energy Conservation Code and the 2018 Illinois Accessibility Code effective May 9th, 2019.
